In the interest of the health, safety and well-being of our residents, guests, guards and staff and to adhere to social distancing and the recommendation that all gatherings be limited to 10 people all meetings at the HOA office have been postponed or canceled until further notice and the HOA office is closed to walk in traffic.
If you are part of an HOA committee and your meeting has been postponed or canceled and you would like to continue with the meeting the HOA office is able to help you set your meeting as a phone conference. Committee members and interested residents can call into the phone conference.
The ARC met this week via phone conference and reviewed several ARC applications. The ARC meeting that was scheduled for April 7 will not take place; the next scheduled ARC meeting will be April 21.
The HOA office is still closed for walk in traffic until further notice. Limited staff continues to work, please call or email the HOA office with any questions or concerns. Currently we are unable to provide barcodes due to the one on one contact however we can provide guest passes, please call or email us for more information.
Postcards were mailed this week that the 2019 audit is available at the HOA office (these post cards were prepared per FL Statute 720 prior to the current issues that we are all facing). Owners who would like a copy of the audit can pick one up on a table outside of the HOA office M-F or view it on the HOA website.
Guards will not be touching licenses or handling any objects handed to them by guest or residents. Licenses will still be logged into the system. The Guards will have guest hold up their license and verify visually that the license is valid and will have the guest turn the license around to scan it. Once the license is verified, they will allow entrance. Guards will continue to contact homeowners after 6pm to verify that the Guest is allowed entrance.
